I wanted to get a water softener installed in my house since I bought it and I already had the hookup for it but never had one. I decided to go with Rain Water of Las Vegas because of the recommended to them and to ask for Matt. He was so nice and went over everything without trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. Within a week of having him come out for the first time, Matt installed my new water softener and I love it. Matt was amazing and glad he was the one who came out to install my first water softener! I would recommend this company and also Matt. Thank you!!

Had to put a thank you out to your service personnel-I woke up two days ago to no RO water and found I had a leak but luckily when you replaced my filters last time a leak shutoff system was installed saving a flood. Your tech Shawn came out that day to repair but informed me that my water pressure was too high from a faulty pressure regulator. After having that resolved I called you back and David came today to make the repairs to my system and had me back up and operational in no time. I even was able to get salt while he was here. Great service.

When our existing soft water machine failed, we called Rain of Las Vegas and received a courtesy call and diagnosis. Upon consideration, we agreed it was pointless to put good money into a system that had clearly run its course and so went with a new system that was offered. No effort was mad to upsell us or get us to spend more money and the new system was installed quickly and efficiently. We are happy with our experience and would use them again!

Rain of Las Vegas is a superior firm & they do high quality work. They converted my home’s water softener from a basic builder’s install (~10 year old) to a contemporary high quality Clack 48K grain system. My installer did a most professional job, all connections were done properly, zero leaks, verified that regeneration operation was working as designed, and briefed me on all WS functions and how to monitor salt consumption/need to refill. Needed a water softener system and a reverse osmosis unit so I contacted Rainwaterlv. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Great communication and detailed information to what I was installing. They came out within the week. I had Rain come to my house to do my annual filter change. My serviceman was Shawn and he noticed that my water softener was disconnected. He showed me the residue that was building up in my toilets and how we didn't feel clean taking a shower. He showed me a special that Rain was having and that he could install the new unit in a day or two. Shawn was terrific installed the unit and made sure everything was perfect. I strongly urge if you need a pro and great service Shawn and Rain are a great team.
