I just had a new Water Softener and Osmosis installed on Monday, October 19, 2026. Shawn came out to my home a few days prior to explain the entire process. He took the time to cover every detail right down to how the equipment was going to be installed. After installing my system he went above and beyond in explaining what to do if I get a leak, how to turn off the equipment etc. Shawn was awesome, what a professional. If I had a company I would hire 1000 just like him. Thanks Shawn for making this entire experience - service excellence.

We have been customers of Rain for a very long time and I cannot say enough about their company. The service person came right away, He was very nice and knew what he was doing. After 16 years we had to replace our water softener and your service man knew exactly what was wrong and why it had to be replaced. He explained all the details to us and answered all of our questions. I made a service call to Rain of LV for my water softener that stopped working. Joe arrived and fixed the issue pretty quick. He reminded me that my water softener is getting old, and that I've had it for almost 7 years. He showed me an ad for a new water softener and reverse osmosis (which i don't have and been wanting to get) and that the combo was on sale this summer. Absolutely zero pressure to buy, and just passed on the info. I thanked Joe for the info, paid my bill, and all was good. The only thing was that the water softener still wasn't working. Understanding that my water softener had probably seen it's days, and even if it was fixed, would definately need to be replaced in the very near future. A couple of days later, i called Rain of LV, informed the super nice lady on the phone that I'm interested in the new system. She promptly made my appointment, and the next week, Joe was back.
Joe quickly went to work, completed everything, from start to finish, in about 1 hour and 15 minutes! This includes cleaning up everything and finishing paying the bill! He even hauled away my old system! Just amazing!
He explained the new system the best he could for me to understand, great guy!
Rain of LV is my one and only choice for water softener and Reverse Osmosis needs!

Rain of Las Vegas just installed a new replacement water softener for us. They did their usual first-rate job and were great to deal with. Now, why did we use them for a second time, after they originally installed our water softener over 10 years ago. That water softener had a leaking valve 3 years after installation that they covered under warranty for $64 service call very reasonable. Then 4 years later the valve was leaking again. I figured this would cost us since we were then 7 years out from the original installation. But they replaced it again this time at no charge. The tech said he talked to the owner who said they had a batch of bad valves with the same problem so they would cover it. Bottom line they didn't need to tell me this and not charge me. That just proves they are an honest company that you can trust to treat you right. So that is why I used them again now and why I would highly recommend them. Plus all the techs were really nice guys.

Price was reasonable and installation was quick and easy. Brandon did a great job with the install. Nicole, at the office, gave a great overview of all the features of various units and helped me with my softener selection. I’d definitely recommend the company.

I wanted to get a water softener installed in my house since I bought it and I already had the hookup for it but never had one. I decided to go with Rain Water of Las Vegas because of the recommended to them and to ask for Matt. He was so nice and went over everything without trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. Within a week of having him come out for the first time, Matt installed my new water softener and I love it. Matt was amazing and glad he was the one who came out to install my first water softener!
