We replaced our old Rain of Las Vegas water softener for a new one. What a difference it makes!
I am not a great water drinker but I love the water now. There is a huge difference.
Living in the desert we all experience extremely dry skin. Having a water conditioner makes your skin feel so much softer.
I even signed up for the salt to be delivered to my home. No more going to the store to pick up 40 LB bags and carrying it to my car , then carrying it to my soft water system to fill and hoping I won't drop it.

We moved to Las Vegas a little over 2 years ago and purchased a home that already had a water softener and reverse osmosis system in place. I hadn't changed the filters in the 2 years that we've been here.
The water was not tasting or smelling the best so I mentioned it to my friend Erin Choranziak, and she said, It's definitely time to change your filters.
She told me to call Rain of Las Vegas and schedule a filter replacement, so I did.
Their tech Russell came to the house and started by testing our water. He said our older water softener was barely functioning, and recommended a new softener.
I was very skeptical, but our water was so bad that I swallowed hard and decided to replace the water softener and all our Reverse Osmosis filters.
That was a great decision!
Within hours of Russell replacing everything, our water now tastes great. Our showers are noticeably better and my wife says her hair is much softer and easier to comb thru after the shower.

I received a new water softener that is of superior quality to my last. I highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas; they were punctual and did not pressure us in any way which made a huge difference in why I went with them and their product

We had Rain if LV service the water conditioner in the rental we were ususing and had grest service. When we then bought our house we needed a water conditioner and asked Rainwater for a proposal. Again, they were prompt and professional. Russell Christopher was our contact and our installer. He is outstanding. Technically competent, personable/professional and helpful in every way.. our system works flawlessly - the proof of their performance

We researched a number of softeners and the Rain system was clearly the best for our needs. We loved that their pricing includes everything—equipment, installation and all taxes right up front.We also got the undersink water filtration which we absolutely love. I called Rain of Las Vegas as I was having a leaking water softner. After a check he found the old system was functioning at less than 50% capacity and the leak couldnt be fixed as parts were not available. A new system was installed within an hour and the old system was removed from the garage.
After a few months now, the New Water Softner system is running great. Our water is being conditioned and I know this helps the water appliances and pipes in the house. I am happy with the service offered by rain of Las Vegas.

I rent a home and needed to get a quote to replace our Water Softener. Russell answered all of my questions installed a water softener and an RO system under my sink for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend working with rainwater and especially working with Russell. Outstanding customer service and exceptional knowledge base.
